Gillespie Park Ecology Centre Visit
Year 4 had a great time at Gillespie Ecology Centre. We had a chance to practice and develop some of our Geography skills in a real life, practical way. We began by getting familiar with following a map and using a key to help us to identify features around us. We also practiced using a compass. We then combined our learning to complete an orienteering challenge in the park. We had lots of fun!

We located countries & capitals of Europe, as well as, researched and compared countries and regions of our choice.
