English
At Sacred Heart, we believe that English and communication are key life skills. We want to provide an innovative English curriculum which enables and empowers children’s written and oral communication and creativity. Through our English curriculum, we will help children develop the skills and knowledge that will enable them to communicate effectively and creatively through their spoken and written language and equip them with the skills to become lifelong learners. We want children to enjoy and appreciate literature and its rich variety - each English unit is based on a quality text.
