Autumn 2: Gymnastics and Rounders are the two topics we have been studying this term.
We loved learning all the different aspects of gymnastics and putting everything we learnt into routines each week! In rounders, we have been working well as a team, making sure we are all working together showing our 3-5-7 value, COMMUNITY UNITY.
Autumn 1: Fitness and Yoga are our first two PE topics this year.
We have been thinking about our heart rate during our fitness sessions and we have done some circuit training too!
In our Yoga sessions, we have identified the importance of flexibility, coordination, strength and balance!
