    Mission Statement
To go forward together in Christ
   To respect our neighbour
To always give of our best.

Welcome to Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School, a school with a proud history and tradition, where the teachings of the Gospels inspire us, as Catholic educators, and enables our children to achieve the very best they can. Our Mission Statement is at the heart of everything we do and in partnership with parents and parish we provide our children with a Catholic education with the example of Jesus Christ at its core.

Our 3-5-7 vision encompasses everything we are about and everything we strive to achieve, you will find out more about 3-5-7 in other parts of this website.

Sacred Heart is a very busy and friendly two form entry school with pupils from the ages of 3 to 11- we are proud of each and every one of them. Our ultimate aim is to prepare your child as a good citizen for a rapidly changing world.

Our school is situated on two sites - the main building and the St. Margaret Mary Annexe, which is in the same building as our parish Community Centre and was opened in 2015. Our Year 5 and Year 6 classes are based there. Our  library is also located there which all our classes visit regularly.

There is always a lot going on so make sure you read our weekly newsletter which is sent home at the end of every week. You can also  follow us on Twitter at @SacredHeart_CS.

This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents and pupils. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or you can place suggestions in our suggestions box. You will find our suggestions box on our Home page.

We hope you enjoy your visit.
